How to Verify a Client’s Dispatch Type

  • Check SmartTMS

    • If the client is not in SmartTMS, they are EDI.
    • API dispatch is only available for SmartTMS clients.

  • Check Accuterm

    • Enter Accuterm pathway as  1-1-1-1
      • Note: You have to hit enter after each 1
    • Enter the client number, this takes you to the client maintenance page
    • Review Line 38
    • “Y” = Client is set up for API dispatch
    • Blank or “N” = Not API
