How do I update a User password in PowerGrid?

This is a step-by-step guide on how to update a password to an existing PowerGrid user.

Step 1: Access PowerGrid

  1. Navigate to https://my.afs.net
  2. Click on the PowerGrid title

Step 2: Switch to the Client Account

  1. In the top-right corner, change the account to the client’s internal TSI account

Step 3: Open User Maintenance

  1. Open the hamburger menu on the left-hand side
  2. Select Account Maintenance
  3. Click User Maintenance

Step 4: Search for your User 

  1. Type the User First Name in the "First Name" search bar

  2. Click on the funnel icon 
  3. Choose "Contains"

Step 5: Update Password

  1. Click "Edit" to the left of the User Name

  2. Password Requirements

    The password must:

    • Be at least 10 characters long
    • Contain:
      • Uppercase letters (A–Z)
      • Lowercase letters (a–z)
      • Numbers (0–9)
      • Special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
    • Not include more than two identical characters in a row
    • Be a non-empty value
  3. Click "Update"
