GL Coding logic for GVL Clients can be housed in many different locations. Follow the below to find out where to maintain and find GL coding logic.
GVL Client GL Coding – Application Ownership Guide
- Parcel Only Clients
- If coding is based on shipper account only → Parcel Account Manager
- If coding is based on location (not shipper account-specific) → Client Maintenance
- Inbound / Outbound / Third-Party Coding
- Managed by Client Maintenance, regardless of whether the client is parcel-only or not
- Note: All Third-Party coding changes must be completed by IT
- All Other Coding Types (outside inbound/outbound)
→ IT - Hybrid Clients (Aptiv, Cyprium, Nexteer, MAHLE BEHR Manufacturing)
→ Hybrid BUU / Portal / IT
