Bray SmartTMS Login Issues After SSO Integration
AFS has completed a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Bray, changing how Bray employees access SmartTMS.
If users are experiencing login issues with SmartTMS, they should log in using their Bray network credentials (their @bray.com email address and Bray password) instead of any previously used AFS-specific credentials.

Who Is Affected?
This change applies to:

- All affiliated Bray divisions
- All Bray DBA organizations that utilize AFS SmartTMS

❗Important: This change applies to Bray employees only and does not apply to Bray vendors.
What Changed?
SmartTMS has been integrated with Bray's Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) environment.
As a result:

- Users now authenticate using their Bray network account.
- Separate SmartTMS-specific usernames and passwords are no longer required.
- Users may be redirected through the Bray authentication process when accessing SmartTMS.

Login Instructions

- Navigate to: https://smarttms.afs.net/
- When prompted, enter your:
- Bray email address (@bray.com)
- Bray network password
- Complete any additional authentication steps required by Bray.

- Existing SmartTMS bookmarks should continue to function.
- Users may be redirected through the Bray SSO authentication process.
- SmartTMS SSO has been enabled and successfully tested.
- SmartIQ/AFSOne authentication is still being worked on separately and is not yet fully integrated into the new SSO process.

Troubleshooting
If a user is unable to access SmartTMS after attempting to sign in with their Bray credentials:

- Confirm they are using their Bray email address and network password.
- Verify they are a Bray employee and not a vendor.
- Have them capture a screenshot of any error message received.
- Escalate the issue to Brandon Hodges.
